Dec 4th 2007 Wini’s Pumpkin Bread

 

4 EGGS

1 CUP VEGATABLE OIL

3 CUPS SUGAR

1 CUP CANNED PUMPKIN PUREE

1 TEASPOON CINNAMON

2/3 CUP WATER

1 TEASPOON NUTMEG

3 CUPS FLOUR

1 TEASPOON SALT

2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA

 

1. Cream eggs and sugar. 

2. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and oil.

3. Mix in pumpkin and water.

4. Sift (or mix) together flour and baking soda; mix with wet ingredients.

5. Pour into 7 x 3 x 2 inch loaf pans.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

7. Cool in oven 10 to 15 minutes.

8. Complete cooling on a rack.
