2 cups crushed oreos   (about 30 cookies)

3 TBS melted butter

 

1 cup (6oz) white chocolate chips

3 packs cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

2 tsp vanilla

3 eggs

 

Crust:

 Toss cookie crumbs with butter.  Press into spring form pan.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes

 

Filling:

 microwave morsels to melt until smooth.  Use short intervals and stir often.  Let this cool to room temperature

 

 Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl until smooth.  Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in melted morsels.  Spread over crust.

 

 Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 – 50 minutes or until edges are set, but center still moves slightly.  Cool on wire rack.  Chill until firm.
