Chicken breast(s)Progresso Italian Style BreadcrumbsMilkPreheat oven to 375 degrees.Clean each breast of stuff you don’t want to eat.Pour about 1/3 cup breadcrumbs for each 2 breast pieces onto a plate. Dip breast in milk, then into the breadcrumbs. Place on a grate (if you have one) on a roasting pan or cookie pan, otherwise on aluminum foil sprayed lightly with PAM.Place in oven and cook for from 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how well done you like the meat.Variation: Turn this into Chicken Parmigiano by moving the almost completely cooked breasts into a smaller pyrex type baking dish, big enough to hold all the breasts. Cover them with your favorite pasta sauce and then cover each breast with a slice of mozarella cheese. Return to oven for about 10 minutes; if desired to brown the cheese turn on the broiler for a couple of minutes.
